- Inquiry information:Name, email, phone (if provided), the dates you’re considering, group size, the home(s) you’re interested in, and the message you send.
- Booking information: The information needed to execute the Rental Agreement and collect payment, including billing details processed by our payment processor.
- Communications: Messages, emails, phone calls, and text messages you exchange with us before, during, and after your stay.
- Site analytics and advertising measurement: Pages visited, referral source, approximate device/browser details, and actions such as submitting an inquiry form. These help us understand which marketing efforts are working and improve the site.
How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote.
- To send inquiry-related text messages if you provide your phone number and select or otherwise request text communication.
- To execute and administer your booking.
- To collect taxes and remit them as required by law.
- To communicate during your stay and resolve any issues afterward.

Who Receives Your Information

- Our email, phone, and text-message service providers, for the purpose of receiving and replying to your inquiry and guest communications.
- Our payment processor, for the purpose of charging and refunding payments (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
- Meta/Facebook, for advertising measurement and optimization through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Inquiry contact details may be sent in hashed form for matching and measurement; Meta receives browser, device, cookie, and event information according to its own policies.
- Government agencies, where required by law (for example, Hawaii tax filings).
