Rental Policies

Draft for owner and attorney review before publishing. Reservations are subject to availability, written approval, applicable laws, payment, and execution of a rental agreement.

House rules

No parties, disruptive gatherings, smoking, or vaping indoors or outdoors unless explicitly approved in writing. Quiet hours and neighborhood rules apply.

Beachfront living

Guests acknowledge natural conditions including salt air, changing surf, reefs, sand, weather, wildlife, and other outdoor risks. Children must be supervised at all times.

Quotes and payments

Inquiries do not create confirmed reservations. Approved quotes require the full reservation payment upfront at booking unless Following Seas, LLC states otherwise in writing. Any required security/damage deposit or authorization is also due at booking, and cancellation terms are governed by the rental agreement.
